LONDON (UK) – Approximately 62,000 more people than usual have died in the UK amid the current coronavirus pandemic.
Epidemiologists claim that excess mortality from deaths from all causes that beyond the five-year average for the time of year – is the best way to estimate the number of people who have died from the outbreak because it is internationally comparable.
