SEOUL (SOUTH KOREA) – South Korea on Sunday reported 279 cases of coronavirus. This has been the most number of cases since early March, according to the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC).
Out of those, 267 were transmitted locally, mostly in Seoul and surrounding areas.
The new cases take the infections in the country to 15,318, with COVID-19 305 deaths, as of Saturday midnight.
