LONDON (UK) – The British statistics regulator chided the government for publishing data regarding coronavirus tests saying it was “far from complete and comprehensible”.
He addressed his concerns to the British Health Secretary, Matt Hancock.
“The aim seems to be to show the largest possible number of tests, even at the expense of understanding. It is also hard to believe the statistics work to support the testing programme itself.”
– David Norgrove, the head of the UK Statistics Authority
