BANGKOK (Asia) – Three new coronavirus cases have been reported in Thailand.
This brings Thailand’s total cases to 3,028 as it relaxes local restrictions and re-opens malls and department stores.
The three new cases were detected in state quarantine and were all students returning from overseas, one from Pakistan and two from Egypt.
Thailand reported a total of 56 coronavirus deaths and 116 patients were still undergoing treatment.
2,856 patients have recovered in Thailand so far from coronavirus.
