LONDON- Prince Harry and his wife Meghan filed to register Sussex Royal, their charitable foundation, as a trademark. A document on this news was published on the website of the Intellectual Property Office.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have set up the Sussex Royal foundation this year, following a split from older brother Prince William and wife Kate’s decade-old philanthropic Royal Foundation.
The application for the trademark covers a range of goods and services like books, clothing and educational and charitable campaigns.
According to the Intellectual Property Office, the application for Sussex Royal trademark was submitted in June and published on 20th of December.
