LONDON (UK) – Britain has inked agreements to secure 90 million doses of two possible COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer Inc, BioNTech alliance and Valneva of France, the business ministry said on Monday.
The ministry said the country has secured 30 million doses of the BioNTech/Pfizer shot, which is being tested, and a deal in principle for 60 million doses of Valneva shot with an option of 40 million more doses if it is found to be safe, effective and suitable.
