On Monday, WeWork named ex-Baker Hughes finance chief Kimberly Ross to be WeWork’s new chief financial officer. This announcement comes weeks after WeWork appointed Sandeep Mathrani as the office-sharing startup’s chief executive officer.

Appointing Ross as the CFO is part of Chairman Marcelo Claure’s broader plan to overhaul top management. This comes months after SoftBank took majority control of WeWork after its faulty public debut.

Last month, Shyam Gidumal, who is an ex-Ernst & Young executive, was appointed as WeWork’s new COO as Mathrani’s first major executive appointment.

Ross’ appointment shall be effective from March 16th. She currently serves as a board member of Swiss Nestle.
