MOSCOW (RUSSIA) – Russia’s Interior Ministry said on Thursday an inquiry would be conducted into the hospitalisation of Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny, which according to his allies was alleged poisoning, reported TASS news agency.
Navalny is currently in a hospital in Berlin, and is in a medically induced coma.
The German clinic treating him said medical examination during its earlier stages implied that it was poisoning. However, Russian doctors who had treated Navalny in a Siberian hospital have disagreed with that diagnosis.
