On Monday, chip supplier Nvidia Corp announced that its March 22 to 26 annual user conference, which was to be held at the San Jose Convention Centre, will happen online citing concerns of health and safety owing to the recent surge of coronavirus cases in the U.S.
Nvidia supplied chips for Artificial Intelligence and video game graphics.
The company announced that the conference will happen online and CEO Jensen Huang shall be delivering a key-note address via Livestream.
Analysts anticipated new versions of Nvidia products using more advanced chipmaking processes to create powerful devices, to be revealed at the conference.
A full refund shall be given to those attendees who paid for a conference pass.
