Number of test-and-trace contacts in England remains steady in fifth week
LONDON (UK) – The portion of the contacts of coronavirus cases accessed by England’s test and trace system remained broadly steady in its fifth week of activity according to figures revealed by the UK ministry of health on Thursday.
As per Health Department figures, as many as 3,579 positive cases were transferred to service in the latest week. As much as 71% of the 13,807 contacts was reached. They were told to go into self-isolation.
