New COVID-19 infections remain high in Hong Kong for third consecutive day
HONG KONG – Hong Kong on Friday reported as many as 38 new coronavirus cases, marking a slight dip from 42 a day earlier. For the past three days, the number of cases has been high.
Authorities said 32 cases were locally transmitted raising concerns of community spread.
The total number of cases in the global financial hub is 1,404 since January and the number of fatalities is seven.
