Netanyahu: Israel could possibly widen entry restrictions
JERUSALEM – On Sunday, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel is looking to broaden entry restrictions to include travellers from all countries.
This move may effectively restrict foreign tourism in Israel.
The measure, if applied, will need anyone coming into Israel to get into home quarantine for a two week period.
The decision will be made in consultation with the country’s health experts.
The country already needs travellers from 15 countries to self-quarantine.
