LONDON (UK) – Signs of social distancing measures slowing down the coronavirus spread in the UK are there but this does not necessarily mean that the new rules should be relaxed, according to Cabinet Office Minister Michael Gove.
“There are some signs – as a result of people observing social distancing – that we may be able to flatten the spread of infection but now is absolutely not the time for people to imagine that there can be any relaxation or slackening.”
– Micheal Gove
The National Medical Director of NHS England Stephe Powis stated that the next two weeks would be critical in the coronavirus fight.
