LONDON (UK) – EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier is considering to extend his visit to London until Wednesday. This has come after the feedback over how the post-Brexit trade talks with Britain have panned out, the Sunday Telegraph reported.
The paper reported that the British team would be travelling to Brussels on Thursday for more discussions. The deadline to decide whether the two sides could reach a deal could be next Saturday.
Britain and the EU have progressed in talks on a last-minute trade deal that would ward off a finale to the Brexit crisis that lasted for five years.
