DUBLIN (IRELAND) – Prime Minister Micheal Martin told that Ireland plans to change its current travel quarantines system with the European Union’s proposed coordinated system as soon as it is ready, on Saturday.
The European Commission earlier this month brought forth the concept of a common traffic light system so that member states of the EU member to work on border controls and bring a remedy, with regard to the coronavirus restrictions on travellers across Europe.
Ryanair, Ireland’s dominant airline, on Friday urged Martin’s government to commit to implementing the EU plan.
