MOSCOW (RUSSIA) – Foreign minister of Russia Sergei Lavrov is slated to hold discussions with his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei in Moscow on Wednesday, said the Interfax news agency. This comes in the wake of the controversial election that sparked protests in Belarus.
During the weekend, Kremlin announced that Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko will hold talks with President Vladimir Putin in Moscow in the coming weeks.
