LONDON (UK) – British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is out of the intensive care but continues to recover from COVID-19 under close observation in hospital.
55-year-old Johnson was admitted to St Thomas’ Hospital with a persistent high temperature and cough. He was rushed to intensive care where he spent three nights being treated.
“The prime minister has been moved this evening from intensive care back to the ward, where he will receive close monitoring during the early phase of his recovery. He is in extremely good spirits.”
