(World) – On Saturday, coronavirus case numbers around the globe surpassed 6 million.
Latin America has reported 50,000 deaths from COVID-19.
Brazil, Chile and Mexico are struggling to curb the coronavirus spread.
COVID-19 claimed more than 367,000 lives globally, though the true number is believed to be higher amid limited testing and many countries do not include out of the hospital deaths.
Despite the continued case number increase, many countries are reopening schools and workplaces to fix the battered economy.
