Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli army raid on a refugee camp in the West Bank on Monday morning.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the three males were killed during a raid in Balata, a refugee camp near Nablus. The ministry reported that six persons were injured. Including one who was in critical condition.
Later, the army verified that soldiers had raided Balata, claiming troops were fired upon and killed three Palestinians. Three additional arrests were made there, according to the army. In response to a spate of Palestinian attacks over the past year, Israel has intensified its raids. On Monday, Israeli forces seized weapons and detonated an explosives manufacturing facility located in a residence.
