BERLIN (GERMANY) – According to data from Germany’s Robert Koch Institute for infectious diseases, the number of confirmed coronavirus infections in the country rose by 16,362 to 1,337,078 on Monday. The fatality toll climbed by 188 to reach 21,975.
Usually, the figures are lower on Mondays as there is less testing and less quantity of data being transmitted to the institute on weekends.
