DAR ES SALAAM (TANZANIA) – Two leading opposition parties of Tanzania said on Saturday that they will not recognise the results of a presidential vote that handed power to incumbent John Magufuli this week.
“We demand that the election be called afresh right away,” Freeman Mbowe, chairman of the opposition CHADEMA party, said on Twitter.
