Epic Games goes legal way to stop retaliation of Apple

NEW YORK (US) – Epic Games said late on Friday it has moved court to stop Apple’s retaliation after the iPhone manufacturer terminated Epic Games’ account on its App Store.

The creator of ‘Fortnite’ has filed a preliminary injunction in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California seeking restoration of its game back in App Store.

It argued that it is “likely to suffer irreparable harm” in the absence of a preliminary injunction and that “the balance of harms tips sharply in Epic’s favour”.
