Johnson insists on importance of reopening schools

LONDON (UK) – Prime Minister Boris Johnson said allies that “failure to reopen schools is not an option”, as per reports of the Sunday Telegraph newspaper.

Johnson had earlier said reopening schools in September was of social, economic and moral importance, at the same time insisting that schools would be able to operate with safety despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to The Sunday Times report this month, Johnson had given orders for a public relations campaign to make sure schools open on time.
