FRANKFURT (Finance) – German company Wirecard announced that independent investigation by auditor KPMG delivered no evidence of suspect balance sheets.
The special audit report was received overnight and Wirecard said that none of four areas of its audit had shown significant findings requiring an adjustment of annual accounts in 2016 till 2018.

Wirecard shares dropped 2% in early Frankfurt trade.
