3.5 million coronavirus antibody tests bought by Britain

LONDON (UK Daily News) – British health minister Matt Hancock announced that the government had purchased 3.5 million antibody coronavirus tests.

This was done to ensure that people suspecting themselves to have the virus would be able to confirm.

“We’ve now bought 3.5 million antibody tests that will allow people to see whether they have had the virus and are immune to it and then can get back to work. We expect people not to be able to catch it, except in very exceptional circumstances, for a second time.”

NHS England’s National Medical Director Stephen Powis announced that Britain had recruited the first person for its clinical drug trial.
