Three rockets fall into Baghdad’s Green Zone

BAGHDAD- On Tuesday, three Katyusha rockets fell into Baghdad’s Green Zone, according to Iraqi police sources. The area is home to government buildings and foreign missions.

The rockets originated from a launch site in Zafaraniyah district outside of Baghdad. Two of the three rockets landed close to the U.S. embassy.
