Azzaya Tsugt-Ochir (Mongolia), has won the Miss Asia 2018 title. In the same event,  Assem Yessengeldiyeva (Kazakhstan), has wristed the Miss Asia Global title, and Apple Joy De Guzman Bacay (Philippines), and S D Chalani Rathinayaka (Sri Lanka ) have been selected as the Miss Asia first runner-up and second runner-up respectively.

The grand title winner of the Miss Asia 2018 has been crowned by Miss Asia 2017 winner Honey Tian, and the Miss Asia Global title winner and the first runner-up and second runner-up title winners have been crowned by Manappuram Finance Limited MD and CEO Dr. V P Nandakumar. In the event, held at Gokulam Convention Centre, Kaloor, Kochi, nearly twenty-five beauties from different Asia and Eurasian countries have participated.

The event has been organised by Pegasus Chairman Dr Ajit Ravi to felicitate the most intelligent and confident beauties from Asia and Eurasia.

The prime partners of the event are Manappuram Finance Limited and D Q Watches. Joy Alukkas, Medimix, T Shine are the powered by partners of the event.

There have been three rounds in the contest: national costume, black theme and white gown. The models have been supported by the music developed for Pegasus by D J Harvey Steve.

The winners have been selected by a highly professional judging panel comprising of Christine Hunang (Global Charity Queen), Anjali Raut (renowned model), Yuliya Dedova (Miss Eurasia 2014), Toshma Biju (Managing Editor, Kanyaka) and Honey Tian (Miss Asia 2017). The sub-title winners have also been selected by a judging panel of experts.

The prize money for the Miss Asia and Miss Asia Global has been given by Dr Elizabeth Chacko (Kalpana International). The winners have been crowned with the golden crowns designed by Parakkat Jewellers.

The grooming session of the event has been handled by an expert panel comprising of Aileena Catharin Amoon (Miss Glam World Runner-up), Sameer Khan (fashion choreographer), Reji Bhasker (fashion photographer), Sudhekshina Thampi (yoga trainer), Dr. Thomas Nechupadam (denitist), and Vipin Xavier (fitness trainer).

UT TV, Kalpana International, UT World, Unique Times, Kanyaka, Sanjeevanam, Parakkat Resorts, Gokulam Park, SAJ Earth Resorts, Aiswarya Advertising, Vee Kay Vee Caterers are the event partners of the Miss Asia 2018.
